1941 FORD DELUXE 3‑PASSENGER “BUSINESS COUPE”
– RARE, ORIGINAL, AND BEAUTIFULLY PRESERVED
Stock #4299 | Serial #6242140
Among the 689,571 Fords produced in 1941, only 9,823 examples of the 3‑Passenger Business Coupe were built—making this one of the lowest‑production Ford models of the year. Survivors are scarce, and most have been heavily modified into hot rods due to the desirable body lines and the legendary flathead V‑8 platform.
This example stands apart as a remarkably original, unmodified car, retaining its factory flathead V‑8 engine, 3‑speed manual transmission, and even its original radio. The only deviation from stock is a tasteful twin‑exhaust system.
Finished in Gray Beige with a tan cloth interior, the car presents in excellent, highly original condition throughout. Its most recent long‑term owner discovered the car 17 years ago in Arizona, a state known for producing rust‑free, dry‑climate classics. The car has clearly benefited from careful storage and gentle use.
Collectors value the Business Coupe for its unique proportions, low production numbers, and prewar Ford craftsmanship. Finding one that has not been turned into a street rod—and still carries its original drivetrain—is increasingly rare. This is a standout opportunity for anyone seeking a true survivor‑grade prewar Ford.
