The DB-7 was a gorgeous offering from Aston Martin, distinguished by its graceful lines and excellent proportions.  Available in either the 6 cylinder version  or  with  the  most impressive 420 horsepower V-12, Vantage engine (produced by Cosworth), performance was excellent. Our Vantage transmission is a 5-speed automatic ZF unit which works with the mighty 12 cylinder powerplant to yield had a 0-60 acceleration time of under 5 seconds and a top speed limited to 165 mph—this in an opulent cruiser of more than 2 tons in weight, fitted with a host of luxury features.   Our car is one of the quite rare Vantage models, purchased new by a local (New Vernon) family to keep at their Boca Raton, Florida home and serviced either in Palm Beach or New Vernon. The car was ordered in a beautiful shade of cream with Sandstorm leather, matching convertible top and  beautiful figured wood facia and trim. It is 100% original and has been pampered from new, covering just over 7,000 miles in its original family ownership.
