1986 MERCEDES-BENZ 560SL COUPE/ROADSTER #WDBBA48D0GA035919. (Stock #4329.) In 1986, Mercedes-Benz replaced its handsome “380SL” with a new version, the “560SL,” powered by the new M.B. 5.6 litre, fuel-injected, twin cam, twin timing chai engine.  Keeping the same handsome body which was introduced in 1981, making some interior upgrades and increasing performance dramatically, the new “560SL”  was an immediate success and was carried through until an entirely new body style, the “500 SL”  was introduced as a 1990 model. 560SL’s are beautiful, fast and luxurious and came with a detachable hardtop and a fold-away convertible top. Our car was purchased new by a heart surgeon in Englewood, New Jersey, at Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz, also in Englewood.  Finished in beautiful original Signal Red (body and hard top) with fabulous original tan leather, the car has enjoyed being driven by just one couple since new and has been dealer-serviced the entire time. It is accompanied by original tools and manuals and is in pristine condition throughout. 44,551 miles.
