(Stock #4142) The Series III XJ-6 is acclaimed to be one of the most handsome Jaguar sedans to come from Coventry and probably the most pleasant and reliable of vintage Jaguars to drive. 1987 was the final year of production of these cars and our car was sold new in June, 1987. Purchased from Regency Motors in Montclair, NJ, on May 18, 1987 (we have the original bill of sale and sales documents), the car was carefully kept by its original owner until his passing a few years later. A neighbor and best friend then purchased the car from his friend's estate and has lovingly kept the car pampered and garage-kept until just selling the car to us, confident that we would find the proper home for this special car. The car has seen no damage over the years and is gorgeous in its original Nimbus White with beautiful original Isis Blue leather. It is accompanied by its original manuals in their original case, all original sales documents--including sales invoice and window sticker, service records and extra keys. This car could be shown very successfully at any Jaguar Club show and would be perfect for any touring events or just to be enjoyed as a very special and elegant car..
