(Stock #4351.) In 2010, Jaguar introduced an entirely new car, using a model name familiar to all Jaguar devotees, the “XJ”. A very elegant car, the new XJ had a gorgeous flowing design outside and a traditionally luxurious interior design. In 2013, a long wheelbase version was introduced named, logically, the “XJL.” The XJL was 4.9 inches longer than the XJ and all of that additional room was added to rear seat leg room. Our car is of the last year of production of the XJL and is the quite rare ultra-luxury “Portfolio” version – a full-size, long wheelbase, ultra-luxurious “Grand Touring'' sedan with an amazingly wide range of luxury accouterments. The driver and front seat passenger can experience electric reclining and upper back articulation with available massage mode from their heated seats with individual memories. Occupants may listen to the amazing concert sound of the Meridian surround sound system with the comfort provided by a 4-zone climate control system with air filtration and humidity controls and sliding side-window sunshades. The electric Panoramic sliding sunroof, front and rear parking sensors with rearview camera, blind spot monitor, rain-sensing wipers, 14-way heated and ventilated seats, and power trunk lid, all help make a truly enjoyable cabin while the suede headliner and luxurious leather interior with polished inlaid wood cabin trim add to the club-like ambience. With a 340 horsepower, supercharged V-6 engine, an 8-speed automatic transmission with paddle shift availability and all-wheel drive, the car has a more-than-respectable 0-60 mile-per-hour acceleration time of 6.1 seconds and a top speed electronically limited to 155 mph. Ours is finished in beautiful British Racing Green Metallic with London Tan leather, piped in black with Burl Walnut interior trim with tan Suede headliner. It is completely original, has had just one local owner, has been driven just 17,035 miles.
