(Stock #4243.) The 6th generation 911, (series "997" to the cognizanti) are fabulous cars. The 325 flat six engine, 6- speed manual transmission and limited slip differential provide a 0-60 mile per hour acceleration time of 4.8 seconds and a top speed of 182 mph. The car handles as if on rails and is a fabulous example of a comfortable, fast, grand touring car. With its Porsche Stability Management system, 4-wheel ventilated ABS power disc brakes, variable ration power steering, it has the ability to safely handle its power and offer very exciting driving. Our car, finished in classic Arctic Silver with black leather interior, was ordered with electric sunroof, windows, locks, seats (also heated) and mirrors, Bose high-end sound package, Bi-Xenon headlamps, 18” alloy wheels, with colored crest caps, etc., and came to us in 2010 from its original and very fastidious local (Bedminster) owner after covering 33,465 miles. We then sold the car to another local (Long Valley) Porsche enthusiast who continued the careful maintenance regimen established by the car's only other owner. Now, with just 42,234 miles.
